Eric Parkin is the Digital Leader for Cargill globally; overseeing Cargill’s transformation to bring tech to the food and agriculture industry. Eric’s team is currently developing new tech startups inside of Cargill to build a smarter, safer, and more sustainable food ecosystem. Eric is passionate about the role technology will play in shaping the future of food and ag for the world and how to accelerate this in partnership with the food ecosystem. Eric has been with Cargill for 11 years and held various roles around the globe. Eric currently resides in Minneapolis, MN in the US with his wife and two sons, whom are one of the sources for his passion to see a future where his kids can see the change, for better, to the food and ag system across the globe.
